Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Dog Bag Co. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Please note that during peak seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather), processing times may be slightly extended. We will communicate any significant delays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship orders via USPS and UPS. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). You can use the tracking number(s) to check the status of your order on the carrier's website.
5. Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We currently do not ship internationally.
6. Missing or Lost Packages
If you haven't received your order within 12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@thedogbagco.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate.
- If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, building management, or mailroom. Sometimes packages are left in unexpected locations.
- We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after being marked as delivered.
- In the event a package is lost by the shipping carrier, we will work with you to file a claim and resolve the issue.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. We will contact you to arrange for re-shipment and payment of additional shipping fees.
8. Damaged Items
If you receive your order and find that an item is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@thedogbagco.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s). We will assess the situation and work to provide a replacement or refund.
